SHORT DESCRIPTION
An Excellent opportunity to join as an Assistant Consultant in General Obstetrics/Gynecology for one of the most prestigious and toptier leading Hospital in Dammam Saudi Arabia
JOB SUMMARY
As an obstetrics and gynecology consultant at a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia your role would involve providing comprehensive care to women at all stages of life. You would be responsible for overseeing pregnancy care performing gynecological surgeries and managing reproductive health issues. Your expertise and leadership would contribute to the hospitals commitment to delivering exceptional care to women while also supporting education research and quality improvement initiatives in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides highquality obstetrics/gynecology care to patients in this area of medicine.
- Provide consultative service as requested.
- Supervise fellows staff/assistant physicians and residents.
- Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
- Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
- Performs special procedures as privileged.
- Follows all hospitalrelated policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in obstetrics & gynecology.
- US Board/MRCPCHIrish UK Canadian Australian & New Zealand/DES/CIS/ Diplome di Medico Specialist Italy / SCR Holland/Swedish Board/German Fachartz/Austrian Fachartz/CCST UK/Saudi Board/Arab Board & sub board/ Fellowship
- Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
- Min. 34 years Post Board/Fellowship in obstetrics & gynecology.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council
Language
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
