Nanox imaging is a dynamic and growing organization transitioning from its startup phase to a commercial phase. We specialize in imaging solutions for the healthcare industry and are expanding our global presence. We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Rest of World (ROW) region.

The Sales Manager ROW will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy business development and revenue growth across various territories within the ROW region and will lead market expansion efforts manage relationships with key stakeholders and achieve sales targets while maintaining a customercentric approach.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales management role preferably with a focus on medical international markets. They should demonstrate a strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive environments. A deep understanding of diverse global markets is essential with experience in regions such as LATAM or EMEA being an advantage. The candidate must possess excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions in a fastpaced setting. The role involves international travel with flexibility to meet the demands of the position.



Responsibilities:
  • Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support potential and active distributors and identify their needs
  • Evaluate each country potential and performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyse regional market trends and explore new opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute a territory and region marketing plan.
  • Recommend prioritize manage and execute investment in educational programs to support business objectives.
  • Identify profile plan execute engagements and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within assigned region
  • Maintain detailed account and contact records within CRM systems.


Requirements :

  • BSc degree in Sales Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in imaging pharmaceuticals biotech or medical industries with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and imaging marketplace.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a highperformance distribution net
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
