Roles and responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager covering select territories within the EMEA region.
- The role will have a designated revenue number, and this will be met through a high level of diagnostic skills to identify gaps and areas of opportunities for new strategic partnerships.
- High quality analysis of, prospective partners, their alignment to category technologies and relevant market segments is a key to a high sustainable growth rate.
- Maintenance of performing existing relationships is also a key component to ensure a sustainable level of revenue continues to be generated.
- On a day-to-day basis, expect to be in close contact with representations from large distributing partners, boardroom to fieldwork, supporting them with established products, and driving new product launches when required.
A high competency in:
- delivering accurate forecasting into management and demand planning
- Concise reporting on key activities that produce results.
- Ability to analyse the best route to market for high growth opportunities using.

Desired candidate profile
What will this role involve?
- Achieve high growth sales targets within the assigned territory for Adhesive and Sealants portfolio.
- To work closely with Management and marketing teams to ensure awareness of opportunity and involvement.
- To work closely with Distribution partners ensuring focus on AMS branded products.
- Identify strategic accounts that lead to sustainable and profitable sales partners for AMS by utilizing your diagnostic and researching skill set.
- Manage evaluations both on the ground and remotely. Demonstrate a structured approach that results in conversions.
- Support and develop distribution partner sales representatives through field rides, training events and consistent clear communication.
- Act as company’s product expert at industry exhibitions, training events and in support of the general growth of the brand and category.
- Provide market feedback on trends and developments to business development, marketing and operations.
- A high volume of travel as you uncover new partnerships as well as building and maintaining relationships with our existing partners.
What we're looking for?
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent – preferably in a related Science and/or business field.
- History of B2B selling success across EMEA.
- Experience of Distributor Management - existing network in EMEA highly desirable.
- Experience in a related clinical selling field aligned to Operating Room and/or Emergency room.
- Ability to influence others.
- Being commercially astute in managing partnerships to maximize profitability of AMS portfolio.
- Understanding of the general clinical sales cycle and EMEA distribution channels.
- Time management and strong communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Literate.
