As a Website Maintenance & Optimization Specialist, your role will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of our websites. You’ll focus on maintaining and updating our sites to support our global marketing initiatives, keeping content accurate and engaging while meeting organizational standards. This involves a keen eye for detail in both identifying subtle changes and understanding how these align with our brand goals. By following precise editing processes and guidelines, you’ll play a crucial part in enhancing user experiences and maintaining the integrity of our online presence.

Driving Quality and Continuous Improvement

Quality control will be a core responsibility. You’ll conduct regular reviews of our websites, examining not only how they function but also exploring ways to enhance their performance. Your role goes beyond maintenance—by identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements, you’ll make sure our websites continually adapt to meet our marketing objectives and user expectations. This proactive approach to optimization includes everything from layout adjustments to ensure consistency to refining back-end functionalities to enhance speed and accessibility.

You will work closely with a diverse, global marketing team, ensuring everyone remains aligned on project goals. • Web Content Management: You’ll need experience with content management systems, ideally with Shopify, as you manage updates, integrate new features, and maintain e-commerce catalogues.

• Data-Driven Insights: Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) is necessary, as you’ll use tracking methods and reporting to evaluate site performance and make data-driven decisions.
