Roles and responsibilities

Zain Business, located in the Madinah Region, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Secretary to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This pivotal role requires an individual who can provide comprehensive executive administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Secretary will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include managing executive schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. In addition, this role will involve overseeing company secretarial work, which requires a keen understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clerical skills and be adept at managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Another crucial aspect of this position is providing outstanding customer service. The Executive Secretary will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, necessitating a professional demeanor and strong communication abilities. This role demands a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring that all interactions reflect the values of Zain Business.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates should have a proven track record in executive administrative assistance, ideally with a minimum of three years in a similar role. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Candidates with a diploma or higher education will also be given preference.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work: Proficiency in managing documentation and understanding compliance requirements.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office Management Software: Comfortable using various software tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
