1. KPI Target Management
In this role, you will be tasked with the critical responsibility of monitoring and supervising all business operations in Kuwait, ensuring they align with the organizational goals and targets. Your primary focus will be on achieving the agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with Distributors. You will also oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements of the business, ensuring financial health and sustainability. This involves analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
2. Sellthrough/Sellout Improvement
A key aspect of your role will be the improvement of sellthrough and sellout metrics. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly and quarterly plan aimed at expanding distribution channels and enhancing store efficiency. This includes implementing visual merchandising strategies and display enhancements across all stores and channels, driving consumer engagement and ultimately increasing sales. You will maintain a display matrix on a monthly basis to track effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Additionally, you will collaborate with partners to develop promotional schemes and policies that incentivize customers and enhance sellout rates. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential; you will be expected to identify and establish project business opportunities while monitoring government projects, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and other relevant opportunities to maximize sales potential.
3. Marketing Initiatives
Identifying and leveraging branding opportunities will be crucial to your success in this position. You will be responsible for creating impactful in-store fixtures and displays, as well as initiating other marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience. By understanding market dynamics and consumer preferences, you will craft marketing initiatives that not only elevate brand visibility but also drive customer traffic and sales.
4. Internal Communications
Effective internal communication is vital for seamless operations. You will maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to keep them informed about market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and policies. This involves conducting regular assessments of the competitive landscape, including monitoring competition displays, in-house market share, and new product launches. Gathering market feedback will also be a priority to ensure that the company remains responsive to consumer needs.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure efficient order processing, shipment, and billing procedures. By fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication, you will help ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals, ultimately driving the success of the business in Kuwait.
