KYRO Lounge W.L.L, located in Adliya, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lounge Hostess to join our team. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests and create memorable experiences in our upscale lounge setting.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lounge Hostess, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations and ensuring a smooth operation within the lounge. Your primary duties will include:

1. Managing Reservations: You will be responsible for overseeing the reservation system, coordinating bookings, and ensuring accurate scheduling. Your attention to detail will help us maintain an organized and efficient flow of guests.

2. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: As the first point of contact for our guests, you will warmly greet visitors, answer questions, and address any inquiries they may have. Your friendly demeanor and professionalism will set the tone for their experience at KYRO Lounge.

3. Demonstrating Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective communication is key in this role. You will need to convey information clearly and concisely to both guests and staff, ensuring a seamless experience. Strong interpersonal skills will help you build rapport with guests and enhance their overall satisfaction.

4. Maintaining Phone Etiquette: You will handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, assisting guests with reservations and inquiries. Your ability to manage phone etiquette will reflect positively on our brand.

5. Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: The lounge can be bustling, especially during peak hours. You will need to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.

6. Multitasking Abilities: Your capacity to juggle various responsibilities, from managing guest requests to coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Lounge Hostess position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are required. The ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds will be essential.

• Reservations Management Experience: Previous experience with reservation systems is a plus, as it will enable you to handle bookings efficiently.

• Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service is a must. Previous experience in hospitality or other customer-facing roles will be advantageous.

• Fast-Paced Work Capability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

• Multilingual Skills: Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus, as it will help us cater to a broader range of guests.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
