Our client a premier medical facility is currently looking for a Staff Nurse Pediatric to be based in Eastern Province Saudi Arabia. For this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments develop individualized care plans and implement nursing interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments communicating changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health management treatments and preventative care.
- Collaborate with physicians specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of Pediatric Clinical Nursing experience
- Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.
- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
- Proficient in English
