Our client a premier medical facility is currently looking for a Staff Nurse NICU to be based in Eastern Province Saudi Arabia. For this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants in the NICU.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists respiratory therapists and social workers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate and support families on care plans procedures and available resources fostering a familycentered approach.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience and worked in level 3 NICU (Critically ill premature babies)
- Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.
- Must be NRP Certified
- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
- Proficient in English

The Ideal Candidate would have: Education Bachelor s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Technical/Professional writing, or a related field. Master s degree preferred. Experience Must have over 10 years of experience in a senior communications role, healthcare experience preferred. Certifications/Other requirements as applicable Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English, particularly as related to the requirements of Journalism. Perceptive in handling matters of a confidential nature; adequate background in the cultures, traditions, and beliefs of the various nationalities of his readership.
