Position: Export Director
Reporting to : Commercial Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Export Director to join our team in Cairo Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our export strategy expanding our international presence and driving growth in our export market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the companys export strategy to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Identify and pursue new export opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with international customers distributors and partners
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with international customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective export strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with other departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international customers
  • Develop and manage the export budget ensuring costeffective operations and maximizing profitability
  • Provide regular reports and updates on export performance to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all export regulations and laws
  • Travel to international markets to meet with customers attend trade shows and conduct market research

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in export sales preferably in the food industry
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing export strategies
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of export regulations and international trade laws
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Fluency in English is required knowledge of other languages is a plus
