We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time E-Commerce Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in hardware and power tools, who are eager to contribute to our growing online business. As an E-Commerce Operator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing products, managing listings, and fostering relationships with local vendors, all while ensuring our online shop reflects the latest market trends and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Visits: One of your primary responsibilities will be to visit local vendors and suppliers across Kuwait. This hands-on approach will allow you to gather comprehensive product listings, ensuring that our inventory is diverse and up-to-date. By developing a thorough understanding of what’s available in the local market, you can help us expand our offerings to meet customer demand.
Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses will be essential to your success in this role. You will engage with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, discuss new products, and stay informed about emerging trends. These relationships will not only help you source the best products but also enhance our credibility within the industry.
Market Research: Conducting market research will be a critical component of your role. By analyzing consumer preferences and identifying popular products, you will provide valuable insights that inform our inventory decisions. Staying abreast of trends in hardware and power tools will allow us to remain competitive and responsive to customer needs.
Product Listings: You will be responsible for ensuring that all product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels on our online shop are accurate and up-to-date.
