Desired candidate profile

What You’ll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; a CFA or Certified Accountant designation is a plus. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have exposure to the cryptocurrency sector and capital allocation strategies.

Your expertise in financial modeling and forecasting will be crucial, especially in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments. Advanced Excel skills are required, along with familiarity with financial platforms such as SAP or Hyperion. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey complex financial insights effectively to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
