Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for online platforms such as Talabat, Jahez, and Ninja.
• Utilize market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the online sales space.
• Engage with customers through various online channels, responding to inquiries and providing product information to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports to share with management and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bahraini nationality is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in online sales or e-commerce, with a strong focus on platforms such as Talabat, Jahez, or Ninja.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance online sales efforts.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
