We are hiring Senior Payroll Specialist for our client based in Amman Jordan.


Job Summary
  • Accountable for processing monthly payroll for big companies accurately and in timely manner dealing with country profiles specially outside the region as well as maintaining the clients database using SQL.


Common Accountabilities

Accountabilities
  • Policies Processes and Procedures: Follows all relevant policies processes standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Day to Day: Completes the daytoday operations of the department to ensure that work processes are implemented
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborates with other departments in activities that require to ensure capturing accurate information and ensure overall alignment

  • Compliance with operational procedures and instructions

  • Crossdepartmental consistency

JobSpecific Accountabilities


Accountabilities
  • Process payroll for Corporate clients that are higher in complexity (Multipleshifts multiple countries)to ensure accuracy and conformance to agreed upon schedules
  • Update and maintain country profiles for clients outside the region to ensure compliance with the country s legislations and regulations.
  • Regularly address and resolve payroll and technical issues when found on time ensuring strict compliance with client and regulatory standards to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Regularly update and maintain clients database using SQL on time to ensure the accuracy of data.
  • Regularly prepare and distribute income statements
  • Participate in generating new ideas or approaches to ensure continuously increasing the efficiency of work as well as find and implement best practices
  • Calculate the proper amount of overtime deductions bonuses...etc. using the clients database
  • Regularly prepare payroll reports for upper management and clients ensuring the reports include accurate calculations in terms of all payment elements requested by the client.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use Mena HRMS and Mena Pay systems and provide clients with the needed tools and knowledge to utilize the system.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or any related field
Knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • HR profound knowledge
  • Mena HRMS and Mena Pay profound knowledge
  • Profound knowledge in countries legislations and regulations
Experience
  • At least 6 Years of experience
Technical competencies
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in using SQL
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
