Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled ETRM Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development and support of our Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) solutions. This position focuses on trade capture, risk analytics, and reporting, ensuring our systems effectively meet the needs of our trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• ETRM Development & Support: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our ETRM systems, specifically in the areas of trade capture and risk analytics. This includes implementing new features and functionalities that enhance our operational efficiency and data accuracy.

• Customization & Enhancement: You will work on customizing and extending existing ETRM platforms, such as Endur or Allegro, to align with our business requirements. This entails creating tailored solutions that improve our trading capabilities and risk management processes.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: A critical part of your role will be to engage with business analysts, traders, and risk managers. You will gather and analyze requirements to ensure that the ETRM solutions you develop effectively support business goals. Your ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications will be vital.

• Risk Management Solutions: You will contribute to the design and implementation of risk management tools that provide real-time insights into our trading activities. Your work will help mitigate risks and enhance our decision-making capabilities.

• Reporting & Analytics: You will develop reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information. This includes creating dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ETRM systems, particularly with Endur or Allegro.
• Strong understanding of trade capture processes and risk analytics.
• Proficient in customizing ETRM solutions to enhance functionality and usability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
