The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify and pursue property listings, effectively contribute to the growth of our agency, and successfully close deals through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Scanning and Listing Generation:
Proactively research and monitor the real estate market to generate new listings. This includes identifying potential properties that align with our agency's offerings and fostering relationships with property owners.
Property Presentations:
Present residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each listing. Your ability to articulate value will be crucial in attracting interest and securing deals.
Leasing Assistance:
Support landlords and property managers in leasing their properties effectively. This involves understanding their needs, preparing listings, and negotiating terms that satisfy both parties.
Property Promotion:
Actively promote vacant properties through various platforms, including property portals, social media, and traditional marketing methods. Creativity and strategic thinking will play a vital role in maximizing visibility.
Coordination of Transactions:
Serve as the liaison between landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers, ensuring clear communication and facilitating agreeable terms of transactions. Your negotiation skills will be instrumental in closing deals efficiently.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about changes, challenges, and opportunities in the real estate market. Regularly update your knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to clients and colleagues.
Agency Promotion:
Represent the agency in a positive light, promoting our real estate offerings and building our reputation in the market. Your dedication and professionalism will contribute to our overall success.
Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the local real estate environment is essential. Candidates with a proven track record of successful sales and leasing will be preferred.
Knowledge of Regulations:
Familiarity with sales and leasing rules and regulations is crucial. You should be adept at navigating the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Work Ethic:
A willingness to work diligently both in the office and on the field is necessary. Flexibility and determination will be key to achieving your goals.
Skills:
Strong presentation and negotiation skills are a must. Proficiency in computing and familiarity with property portals will aid in your daily tasks.
Client Focus:
A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills is vital for building and maintaining relationships.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage.
Valid Driving License:
A valid driving license is necessary for fieldwork and client meetings.
