Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Kuwait labor laws and a proven track record in various HR functions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on any changes in labor legislation and implement necessary changes in HR policies and practices.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records including contracts attendance and leave management. Prepare HR reports as required.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in HR preferably within Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
