Job Title: HR coordinator Qatar on/Site (Temporary)

Company Overview:

Futad is a Qatarbased innovative multimedia platform that specializes in creating cuttingedge technological experiences. We offer various innovative products ranging from interactive kiosks to VR experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and highly strategic HR coordinator (Qatar) to join our team in Qatar

Job Purpose:

The HR Coordinator will support all human resources activities related to event staffing coordination and management. This role is responsible for recruiting onboarding and managing temporary event staff to ensure smooth operations during events. The coordinator will play a key role in maintaining HR processes and documentation aligning with Futads objectives for successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for temporary event staff including posting job ads screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure all required HR documentation such as contracts offer letters and compliance documents are completed for event staff.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new event hires providing an overview of their roles event protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Facilitate eventspecific training to ensure staff understand operational procedures and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of eventbased employees including attendance payroll documentation and contract duration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and Futads HR policies throughout the event staffing process.
  • Act as the HR representative during events handling staff inquiries resolving issues and managing shift transitions.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide realtime support to maintain a productive and compliant event environment.
  • Work closely with event managers and operations teams to align HR activities with event schedules and requirements.
  • Assist in planning HR logistics for events ensuring smooth staff deployment and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in HR coordination preferably in eventbased temporary staffing or similar fastpaced environments.
  • Familiarity with HR software and event management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks schedules and staff requirements simultaneously especially in fastpaced event settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with event staff managers and external partners.
  • Experience in recruiting temporary staff including sourcing screening and onboarding candidates.
  • Knowledge of HR processes documentation and compliance particularly in temporary and eventbased staffing.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing event demands shifting priorities and unexpected challenges.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address staffing issues and operational challenges during events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with event teams operations and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in human resources Event Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in HR coordination for largescale events or managing temporary staff in the events industry.
  • Proven ability to handle fastpaced environments ensuring seamless HR operations during highdemand periods.
