Marsh Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Riyadh Saudi Arabia office:

Client Relationship Management Analyst
What can you expect
As a Client Relationship Analyst you will support the team managing clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and reinsurers understanding their needs and objectives
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling our services to existing clients
We will count on you to:
Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients showcasing our services and performance
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in business management or any related field.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
0 3 years of experience in Insurance banking finance or Sales
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in English is a must Arabic Language is a plus
What makes you stand out
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
