Were looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to a busy executive managing multiple businesses. This role requires a highly organized proactive individual with a background in media and excellent communication skills in English. You will play a critical role in managing daytoday tasks and supporting the executive with various responsibilities including social media management.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive including scheduling meetings managing calendars and handling communications.
- Assist with social media tasks including content management posting and engagement.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage daytoday personal and professional tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executives businesses.
- Conduct research prepare reports and handle special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant ideally in a role supporting an executive with multiple business ventures.
- Experience in media management or social media with a strong understanding of digital platforms.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently take initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
