Roles and responsibilities

In the ever-evolving tech landscape, the role of a Technical Recruiter is crucial for aligning talent acquisition with organizational goals. This position involves a multifaceted approach to hiring, emphasizing collaboration with tech team leaders, strategic sourcing, and a deep understanding of both technical qualifications and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration with Tech Teams: A core responsibility is to work closely with tech team leaders to forecast departmental goals and identify hiring needs. This involves understanding the specific skills required for various roles and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction.
