Roles and responsibilities

In this dynamic position, you will play a vital role in managing the calendar and tracking systems in collaboration with our brand Educators. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with both Educators and the Trade Marketing Teams to organize local and international seminars, whether they take place in our Academy, online, or in-salon settings. Effective internal and external stakeholder management is essential, as you'll be engaging with our internal teams, students, and partner salons to ensure smooth operations.

A key aspect of your role will be to guarantee a consistent and exceptional customer and student experience. You will utilize the Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback platform to gather insights and implement improvements based on student feedback. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing all Academy products, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring that product displays are visually appealing and aligned with our brand standards.

In collaboration with the Head of Education, you will assist in the rollout of the L’Oréal Professional Institute Program. This will involve leading efforts to coordinate with universities, facilitating the opening of registrations, launching the program, and preparing for graduation ceremonies. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the program’s success and creating a positive learning environment for all participants.
