Our dynamic and fast-growing company specializes in digital privacy and online reputation management, and we’re on the lookout for a dedicated Client Privacy Specialist to join our team. Our mission is to assist clients in safeguarding their personal information and privacy across the internet, ensuring they can navigate the online world securely.

Position Highlights:

• Hourly Rate: USD 7.36 (or equivalent in your local currency)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Flexible; work whenever it suits you
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote position
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor

As this is a permanent work-from-home role, candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection. It’s important to note that you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits, as payment will be on an hourly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients’ personal data is protected. Your responsibilities will include:

• DMCA Takedowns: Identify and process Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) requests to remove unauthorized content that infringes on our clients' rights. This involves navigating various online platforms and understanding the specific requirements of the takedown process.

• Optery Requests: Assist in data removal through Optery and similar data broker services. Your work will help safeguard client privacy by ensuring that their information is not misused or improperly accessed.

• Public Database Removal: Monitor and facilitate the removal of personal data from public databases, actively protecting our clients from unwanted exposure.

• Reverse Search Database Removal: Conduct operations to remove sensitive information from reverse search engines and databases, enhancing our clients' online security.

• Forum Takedowns: Navigate online forums to identify and eliminate harmful or unauthorized information related to our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining their positive online presence.

• Client Communication: Maintain regular, professional, and responsive communication with clients. Providing updates and addressing concerns promptly will be essential in building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.

• A strong understanding of online privacy and data protection practices.
• Experience with DMCA and other takedown processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Optery and public data removal services.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Previous experience in privacy and reputation management services is a plus.
