Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop and launch a channel focused on Telegram groups and communities, aligning with our company’s growth objectives. This role is vital in expanding our reach and visibility through strategic collaborations that engage users and drive traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development:

   • Research and identify key Telegram group owners, admins, and influencers to establish partnerships.
   • Initiate contact and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to ensure our content is effectively promoted within their communities.

2. Creative Outreach:

   • Be proactive in developing innovative outreach funnels and partnership models to attract collaborations.
   • Focus on strategies that increase traffic and enhance our brand presence across Telegram platforms.

3. Performance Analysis:

   • Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of Telegram partnerships by measuring KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rates, and user engagement.
   • Utilize data-driven insights to assess the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

4. Ongoing Communication:

   • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners, sharing insights, performance data, and innovative ideas.
   • Work collaboratively to strengthen relationships and improve overall results for both parties.

5. Campaign Coordination:

   • Design and coordinate specialized campaigns during key events or seasonal opportunities to maximize traffic and engagement from Telegram communities.
   • Ensure campaigns are well-aligned with our strategic goals.

6. Performance Tracking:

   • Track, report, and iterate on partnership performance to enhance future collaborations.
   • Use analytical tools to refine our partnership strategies and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in Telegram partnership management or community engagement, with a successful track record of increasing traffic and brand visibility.

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to impress both internal teams and external partners.

• Digital Marketing Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including lead generation, audience engagement, and traffic optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for assessing partnership success and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Self-Motivated:

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a results-oriented environment, driving initiatives forward without direct oversight.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with Telegram analytics tools (e.g., Combot, TGStat) or other relevant community management tools is a plus.
  • Understanding the Telegram ecosystem, including groups, channels, bots, and automation, to enhance partnership effectiveness.
