Roles and responsibilities

As a Product Manager for MVPG's Detection product line, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive growth and establish market leadership within the fire safety industry. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze industry trends, understand customer needs, and evaluate the competitive landscape to make informed product decisions that enhance our offerings in Detection technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with MVPG's vision for innovation in fire safety. You will leverage your strong strategic vision and analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the marketplace. Collaborating with global teams, you will be instrumental in bringing cutting-edge solutions to market, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

You will lead impactful product launches, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through to market success. This involves coordinating cross-functional efforts, gathering and prioritizing customer feedback, and ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your customer-focused mindset will be essential in translating complex needs into effective product solutions that resonate with our diverse client base.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have over five years of product management experience specifically in Detection technologies, including Aspirating Smoke Detection, Beam, Flame, Heat, and Gas detection systems. A proven track record of driving product initiatives from inception to successful market adoption is crucial. You should possess excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in additional languages is a bonus. Your ability to inspire and lead diverse teams will be essential to the success of your initiatives.
