Our Client is an IT company who is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join his team in Mkalles Lebanon.
As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain complex systems and infrastructure for our clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in system engineering and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) engineering.
- Proficient in configuring maintaining and troubleshooting VoIP systems and infrastructure.
- Indepth knowledge of VoIP protocols codecs and SIP signaling.
- Skilled in implementing and managing VoIP solutions for both onpremise and cloudbased environments.
- Familiarity with industrystandard VoIP technologies and platforms.
- Strong understanding of network protocols QoS (Quality of Service) and network security as they relate to VoIP.
- Experience with VoIP monitoring and optimization tools.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient VoIP architectures.
- Knowledge of integrating VoIP systems with other unified communication tools.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving VoIPrelated issues promptly.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards in VoIP environments.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in VoIP technologies are a plus (CCNP Collaboration CCIE is a Plus).
- Continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends in VoIP technologies.
- Proven track record of successful VoIP implementations and optimizations in previous roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server database management.
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Implementing Troubleshooting CUCM CUC UCCX UCCE
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
