• Key Responsibilities:
  

Develop and produce engaging content and visual materials tailored to client needs.
Utilize Microsoft Office Photoshop and CAD tools to create highquality deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients handling communication and gathering detailed requirements.
Analyze client feedback and project data to refine content and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Manage and track project progress ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
Provide creative solutions and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all content produced.
Act as the primary point of contact between CBRE and the client handling all communication and preparing project proposals.
Develop and manage bid pricing strategies to deliver competitive and accurate proposals.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes and meet client demands.
Report on sales performance and financial metrics to support strategic decisionmaking.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create detailed reports presentations and analyses for CBRE and the client.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their expectations.
Monitor market trends to refine pricing strategies and procurement practices.
Identify and address client problems and needs presenting CBRE solutions effectively.
