3. Budgeting and Financial Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets forecast financial performance and analyze variances.
Provide insights and recommendations for effective resource allocation and cost control.
4. Tax Compliance and Audit Support:
Prepare and file tax returns ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
Manage internal and external audits by preparing required reports and coordinating with auditors.
5. Process Improvement and System Optimization:
Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and procedures ensuring operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and support the adoption of new financial tools and systems.
6. Crossfunctional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve reporting accuracy.
Provide financial expertise and support to business units as needed.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Experience: 46 years of experience in accounting financial reporting and related roles.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying discrepancies and trends.
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities in a fastpaced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting tools (e.g. Google Sheets Zoho).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics and standards.
Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of accounting principles financial reporting processes and tax regulations.
Experience in managing accounts payable receivable reconciliations and financial closings.
