We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in biomedical sciences or a related field, combined with a proven track record of driving market share growth and achieving sales targets within the medical equipment industry. This role focuses on Neurology and Respiratory equipment, requiring both clinical expertise and the ability to provide effective training and support to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients. Your primary goal will be to expand our market share in the Neurology and Respiratory sectors, meeting and exceeding established sales targets and budgets.
You will be responsible for presenting our diverse product portfolio to customers, utilizing scientific and clinical evidence to support your presentations. This includes delivering compelling demonstrations that highlight the benefits and applications of our equipment. To ensure successful client engagement, you will maintain accurate records of customer visits and document outcomes meticulously.
Additionally, your role will involve attending surgeries and conducting clinical training sessions for healthcare professionals. You will provide invaluable support to medical staff, helping them to understand and effectively use our products in a clinical setting. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently will be essential in fostering trust and credibility with our clients.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field, with a preference for those with a medical background. A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in sales, specifically in Neurology and Respiratory equipment, is essential. Your strong customer relationship management skills will be vital in building rapport and establishing long-term partnerships within the healthcare sector.
A deep understanding of the Kuwait market is highly desirable, as it will enable you to navigate the local landscape effectively and identify opportunities for growth. The ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English is required, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical to your success in this role.
