Roles and responsibilities

As a leader in data management, your primary objective is to execute a clear vision for effectively managing and disseminating data to decision-makers across the organization. This involves implementing robust data visualization and self-service capabilities, ensuring that stakeholders have easy access to insights that inform strategic decisions.

You will lead, inspire, and develop a team of Data Project Managers (PMs), fostering an environment that promotes trust, transparency, and empowerment. Your role will involve encouraging team members to take initiative in their projects while providing guidance and support to help them make informed, strategic decisions. Building a culture where experimentation is welcomed, and learning from mistakes is encouraged will be a key focus.

In addition to team leadership, you will scope, design, and implement machine learning models that align with the business's initiatives. This includes optimizing algorithms that are essential for enhancing the customer experience. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will drive initiatives that provide decision-ready data to all teams within the organization, promoting best practices in benchmarking, A/B testing, and comprehensive data analysis.

To achieve these goals, you will assess existing business processes, tools, and infrastructure to ensure that CoachHub maintains state-of-the-art capabilities for data management. By identifying areas for improvement and implementing modern solutions, you will help establish a strong foundation for building the organization’s vision.
