The Role
- Responsible for designing implementing and overseeing sustainability initiatives within the Organization. Map out current sustainability contract requirements in projects and the resources assigned on these projects. Engage and liaise with clients understand customers sustainability requirements certification obligations (LEED MOSTADAM BREEAM Project specific certifications Project Designs for Sustainability & Energy Optimization etc.). Assess and analyze the companys policies and processes to identify areas in and processes to which improvements can be made in accordance with the companys commitment and aspirations on sustainability. Periodically review Sustainability program objectives progress or status to ensure compliance with policies standards regulations etc. and companys aspirations.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture) Experience in Construction with LEED AP at least 3 5 years. Having Mostadam Certificate is an added value Proven experience in sustainability engineering and environmental management Strong understanding of environmental regulations sustainability frameworks and industry best practices. Proficient in data analysis and sustainability reporting Excellent communication skills
