As the CoFounder and Director of Agile Programs and Certifications you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic vision and growth of our Agile and Scrum certification company. This role goes beyond program managementit requires an entrepreneurial mindset deep expertise in Agile methodologies and a drive to create a transformative impact in the MENA region. Youll colead the organization guiding both its operational and strategic development. By overseeing the design and evolution of certification programs and developing key industry partnerships youll position our company as a trusted authority in Agile education and certification.
Tasks
- Strategic Vision and Leadership: Collaborate closely with the founding team to set the strategic direction of the company ensuring our certifications and training offerings meet the highest industry standards and reflect market demand in the MENA region.
- Program Innovation: Drive the design and ongoing enhancement of Agile certification programs incorporating emerging industry trends technology advancements and insights from industry research to keep programs relevant and cuttingedge.
- Partnership Development and Advocacy: Establish and nurture partnerships with influential Agile and Scrum organizations (such as Scrum Alliance Agile Alliance) to enhance our credibility and expand the reach of our certifications. Act as a public advocate for the company at industry events and within the Agile community.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct indepth market analysis to assess regional needs identify growth opportunities and ensure our certification programs uniquely address the demands of Agile practitioners across the MENA region.
- Quality and Compliance Assurance: Uphold rigorous standards across all certification programs implementing quality controls to ensure alignment with global Agile practices while remaining adaptable to regional nuances.
- Performance and Impact Measurement: Establish clear metrics for success including participant satisfaction certification completion rates and industry recognition using data insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven experience in a founding or cofounding capacity or demonstrated ability to lead with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Industry Expertise: Extensive background in Agile methodologies (Scrum Lean Kanban) and certification programs ideally with advanced Agile certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) Professional Scrum Trainer (PST)).
- Leadership Skills: Strong strategic project management and organizational skills with a track record of successfully managing teams or programs.
- Networking and Partnerships: Established connections within the Agile community and experience in building strategic partnerships with industry bodies or educational institutions.
- Communication and Vision: Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills with the ability to inspire others and articulate a clear vision for the future of Agile certification.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required; advanced certifications in Agile or a Masters degree is a strong plus.
