We are seeking an experienced Landscape Package Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all phases of landscape projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: The Landscape Package Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing landscape projects from inception to completion. By proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions, the manager will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.

Team Leadership: Leading landscape installation teams is a critical aspect of this role. The manager will supervise team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation to foster a collaborative work environment. Effective leadership will ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, which is essential for maintaining productivity and achieving project goals.

Quality Control: Conducting site inspections is essential for maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Landscape Package Manager will ensure compliance with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations. Desired candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 16 years of experience in landscape project management or a related field is required.
• Skills: The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in landscape design software is a plus.
