Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and talented salesperson who will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in EMEA with enterprises, institutions, and government agencies. In addition, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and positioning our SaaS solutions to meet those needs effectively. It is an outstanding opportunity to join a disruptive technology company operating a cloud-based platform for multilingual web conferences, online meetings, live events, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on annual booking numbers for assigned accounts and overall territory.
  • Take charge of and build a pipeline of new and assigned customers and accelerate our movement toward enterprise-level partnerships with these customers.
  • Lead negotiations, handle objections, and work closely with the internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships for the life cycle of your enterprise clients, closing renewals, upsells, and expansions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer management, Finance, and product/engineering teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Office 365, Slack, and Monday.com is required. A bachelor’s degree is necessary, while an MBA is preferred.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role within the Enterprise SaaS sector, demonstrating a proven track record in sales and account growth. A comprehensive understanding of the client acquisition cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, is essential.

You should possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate ideas and information clearly and effectively. Your problem-solving abilities should allow you to operate with minimal supervision, and you should proactively seek out opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will need to build rapport and establish relationships with both clients and colleagues effortlessly. A technical aptitude is also important, as you will be expected to learn about our product and convey its value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through various channels, including video presentations.
