Roles and responsibilities

To cultivate a balanced and effective delegation system among key stakeholders, we propose a multifaceted strategy focused on experimentation, cross-functional alignment, and measurable impact. The strategy is designed to ensure that voting power is equitably distributed, promoting stakeholder engagement and governance effectiveness.

1. Experimentation with Distribution Methods: We will initiate a series of targeted experiments to assess various methods for distributing voting power. These may include:

  • Airdrops: Strategic airdrop campaigns can be employed to incentivize participation from underrepresented stakeholders. By analyzing the demographics and voting behavior of recipients, we can refine future airdrop strategies.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Launch initiatives aimed at educating potential delegates about the importance of participation and the benefits of voting power. Tracking engagement metrics will help us evaluate campaign effectiveness.
