Roles and responsibilities

  3. Training and Development:

    • Organize and conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff development.

    • Mentor and coach team members to support their career growth and development.
  4. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and operational success.
    • Analyze performance data and generate reports for management review.
    • Implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve performance targets.
  5. Communication:

    • Serve as a liaison between upper management and team members, ensuring effective communication of company goals and updates.
