We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and culturally adept Communications Officer to enhance our company’s brand visibility across the MENA region. In this pivotal role, you will effectively communicate our mission, values, and services to a diverse audience, ensuring our messaging resonates with stakeholders and media alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate and Internal Communications: Develop and implement cohesive messaging strategies across all platforms, ensuring brand alignment and clarity in communication. You will be responsible for crafting messages that reflect our organizational values and engage both internal teams and external audiences.
Media Relations: Build and strengthen relationships with media representatives and stakeholders to enhance our brand presence and reputation. You will proactively seek opportunities for media coverage, ensuring our narrative is effectively communicated in the MENA region.
Social Media Strategy: Drive engagement and expand our audience reach on platforms like LinkedIn. Utilize targeted social media tactics to increase visibility, promote our initiatives, and engage with our community.
Internal Coordination: Ensure consistency and clarity in internal communications across all teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with different departments to disseminate important information and foster a cohesive internal culture.
Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on communication campaign performance to optimize strategies and outreach efforts. Your insights will inform future campaigns and help measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication regarding projects and initiatives. Your role will involve ensuring that all teams are aligned with the overall communication strategy.
Event Organisation: Plan and participate in events, such as conferences and workshops, to promote the brand. You will be responsible for ensuring cohesive communication before, during, and after these events, enhancing our outreach efforts.
Content Creation: Draft and edit internal and external communications, including social media posts, newsletters, reports, and promotional materials. Your writing will play a crucial role in conveying our message accurately and engagingly.
