Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in inventory management, website management and design, website development, social media management, marketing and promotions, as well as data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in e-commerce management, demonstrating a solid understanding of web design and programming.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Oversee the inventory process to ensure that stock levels are optimized and align with sales forecasts.
   • Implement best practices for inventory control, including tracking, replenishment, and organization of products.

2. Website Management and Design:

   • Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring that it remains user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional.
   • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging landing pages and promotional content that enhance user experience.

3. Website Development:

   • Utilize programming skills to develop and implement website features that enhance functionality and improve customer engagement.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website performance, ensuring minimal downtime.

4. Social Media Management:

   • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
   • Monitor social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and engage with followers to build community and loyalty.

5. Marketing and Promotions:

   • Plan and implement marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the website and increase conversion rates.
   • Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop targeted promotions that resonate with the audience.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

   • Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track website performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
   • Generate reports that provide insights into sales trends, customer demographics, and overall business performance, guiding strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • A minimum of two years in e-commerce management, with a proven track record in managing and updating websites effectively.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in popular website platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, with a strong understanding of their features and capabilities.
  • Experience with social media management tools to schedule posts, analyze engagement, and track performance metrics.
  • A solid grasp of SEO best practices, ensuring that website content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing.
