Client Overview: Our client is a leading company in the Middle East specializing in innovative experiences across exhibitions events and experiential marketing. Known for their creativity and cuttingedge solutions they work with major brands and organizations to deliver impactful highquality projects that engage and inspire audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup maintenance and operation of audiovisual equipment.
- Ensure all AV equipment is in good working order and up to industry standards.
- Collaborate with event planners to understand AV requirements for various events.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for external AV support when necessary.
- Provide onsite technical support during events troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Train staff and users on the operation of AV equipment.
- Assist in budgeting for AV needs including equipment purchases rentals and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage expenses related to AV projects.
- Oversee the preparation and playback of audio and visual content for events.
- Ensure highquality delivery of presentations videos and live streams.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all AV setups and operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licensing.
- Supervise AV technicians and support staff providing training and development opportunities.
- Schedule staff for events and manage workloads.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
- Recommend improvements and upgrades to enhance AV capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. communications engineering or technology).
- Proven experience in audiovisual management or a related field.
- Strong technical skills with AV equipment and software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Experience with video conferencing systems and live streaming.
- Knowledge of lighting and sound design principles.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing software.
