Roles and responsibilities

As the Structural Engineering Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all structural engineering activities within our organization. Your leadership will not only guide the engineering team but also ensure exceptional design quality across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Licensure:

  • A Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification is necessary.

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on project management and team leadership, is essential.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing diverse engineering teams and delivering complex projects. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) is required.

• Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge of international building codes and engineering standards is necessary to ensure compliance and safety in designs.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
