Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in security management with a focus on operational and strategic planning
• Proven track record in managing large-scale security operations, preferably in a senior managerial capacity
• Extensive knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies, physical security systems, and emergency response protocols
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing expectations and resolving conflicts effectively
• Formal education in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; certifications in security management are a plus
• Experience in high-stakes environments, such as military or law enforcement, is highly regarded
