Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior management, ensuring an efficient and effective use of their time. This involves coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and meticulously taking minutes to document discussions and action items. Attention to detail is paramount, as the role also includes preparing and editing various documents, reports, and presentations to meet high standards of professionalism.
Travel logistics are another critical component of this role. You will coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, maintaining organized filing systems is essential for ensuring easy access to important documentation, facilitating quick retrieval of information when needed.
As the main point of contact for both internal and external communications, you will serve as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, facilitating communication, and fostering strong relationships that enhance collaboration across departments.
Moreover, assisting with various office management tasks will be part of your responsibilities, contributing to the overall functionality and efficiency of the office environment. Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role is required, with a proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial, as is a strong command of written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
