Our client, a pioneering leader in the adult entertainment industry, is seeking a talented Product Manager to join their innovative team. In an era where the demand for NSFW AI solutions is rapidly increasing, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape a groundbreaking product that leverages AI to enhance human experiences and foster transparency within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research and planning to execution and delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Product Requirements:

   • Gather and analyze product requirements through comprehensive competitor market research.
   • Define acceptance criteria for new product features, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.

2. Project Planning:

   • Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that all project requirements are met effectively.
   • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and resources as necessary.
   • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

3. Design and Delivery:

   • Collaborate closely with the Product Designer to create wireframes that reflect user-centered designs.
   • Clearly communicate the rationale and value behind design choices to stakeholders.
   • Provide developers with clear business requirements to facilitate efficient implementation.

4. User Research:

   • Conduct contextual interviews and surveys to gather valuable user insights.
   • Utilize this data to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.

5. Growth and Data:

   • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of new features.
   • Optimize and iterate on product features based on data-driven insights to drive growth and user engagement.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Proficiency in product management tools such as Linear, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Extensive experience writing functional requirements for product features.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, particularly in D2C fast-scaling tech companies.
• Experience working with consumer-facing features in scale-up environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
