About the Company:
Al Fateh Sports Club is a leading sports organization dedicated to promoting physical fitness and athletic excellence in insert location. We offer a wide range of sports facilities training programs and events for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting independent and objective audits of the Clubs operations financial processes and internal controls. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our operations and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Clubs success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of the Clubs financial processes including revenue expenses and budgeting.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvements to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.
Review and analyze financial data documents and reports to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
Prepare detailed audit reports including findings recommendations and corrective action plans.
Monitor the implementation of recommended actions and provide ongoing support to management to ensure compliance.
Conduct audits of operational processes to identify any areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
Stay uptodate with industry best practices regulations and laws related to internal auditing.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to internal audits.
Assist in the development and maintenance of audit policies procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Minimum of insert number years of experience in internal auditing preferably in a sports or leisure industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles internal controls and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Professional certifications such as CIA CISA or CPA are an asset.
