JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in piling operations to lead our infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. As a key player in our commitment to excellence, you will oversee and manage all aspects of piling activities, ensuring they align with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration among various teams and stakeholders, driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and monitor all piling activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards. You will develop comprehensive project plans and schedules specifically tailored to the piling scope, ensuring clarity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Supervising and coordinating construction crews and subcontractors on-site will be a critical aspect of your job, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Regular inspections will be essential to guarantee safety and quality control throughout the piling process. You will collaborate closely with engineers and architects to resolve design discrepancies and provide necessary technical support, ensuring that project objectives are met without compromise. Additionally, you will manage project documentation, which includes reports, progress updates, and compliance records, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Optimizing resource allocation will be a priority, as you will also manage budgetary constraints effectively. Your ability to strategize and allocate resources efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our infrastructure projects.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, particularly with a focus on piling operations, is essential. You should have a strong understanding of various piling methods, techniques, and materials, as well as demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

Exceptional project management and leadership abilities are crucial, along with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential in this fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management software and tools will also be beneficial.
