JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Senior Designer specializing in Vertical Movement Systems to join our innovative team. As a Senior Designer focusing on Vertical Movement Systems, your primary responsibility will be to design, analyze, and implement vertical transportation solutions such as elevators, escalators, and moving walkways for a variety of projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless movement throughout urban spaces, enhancing user experience and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will create detailed designs for vertical movement systems, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams that include architects, engineers, and project managers. Your ability to integrate vertical transport systems into the overall project design will be essential. You will also perform load analysis, conduct traffic studies, and utilize simulations to optimize the performance of these systems, ensuring they meet both user needs and project goals.

Compliance with safety codes, standards, and regulations is paramount. You will lead the development and documentation of project specifications and calculations, ensuring that all designs adhere to industry standards. Desired candidate profile

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in designing vertical movement systems. A strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards for vertical transportation is essential, as is proficiency in industry-standard design software.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex design challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital, as you will be collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
