We are seeking an experienced Project Planner with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior planners while being part of a company that prioritizes innovation, excellence, and teamwork. As a key player in our project management efforts, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones, resources, and budgets throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will utilize Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to create and oversee detailed project schedules. Collaboration with project managers and teams will be essential as you define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. You will analyze progress and performance metrics to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions as necessary, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.

Your ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients will provide crucial insights into project status and progress. You will be expected to maintain clear communication with diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. Mentoring junior planners will be a significant aspect of your role, as you guide them in their professional development and enhance overall team collaboration.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors. Expertise in project management software, particularly Primavera P6, is essential.

Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail are crucial for solving complex problems that may arise throughout the project lifecycle. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
