The Healthy Home Middle East is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team in the vibrant Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. This full-time, on-site position is essential in implementing effective pest management strategies for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for conducting pest control operations and ensuring the implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices. Your primary duties will include:

1. Pest Control Operations: Carrying out inspections, identifying pest issues, and determining appropriate treatment methods. You will apply pesticides safely and effectively while adhering to local regulations and guidelines.

2. Integrated Pest Management: Implementing IPM practices that focus on prevention and monitoring, minimizing the use of chemicals. You will work closely with clients to educate them about pest behaviors and prevention techniques.

3. Client Interaction: Providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients about treatment plans, addressing their concerns, and answering any questions regarding pest control measures.

4. Lawn Care Knowledge: Applying your understanding of lawn care to enhance the effectiveness of pest control strategies, ensuring that outdoor spaces remain healthy and pest-free.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Pest Control Expertise: Strong knowledge of pest control methods and Integrated Pest Management practices. Previous experience in pest control operations will be a significant advantage.

• PEST Certification: Valid certification in pesticide application (PEST) is essential to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with clients and providing education on pest control strategies.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Attention to detail and the ability to identify pest-related issues are essential. You should be able to develop effective solutions tailored to each client's needs.

• Physical Fitness: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including residential homes and commercial establishments.

• Independent Worker: You should be able to work efficiently and independently, managing your time effectively to meet client needs and complete tasks on schedule.
