Roles and responsibilities

As the leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of the VIP function, you will oversee a multifaceted approach to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on planning and executing all aspects of VIP operations, ensuring that our high-value clients receive unparalleled support and engagement.

A key aspect of your role will involve revising and formulating departmental policies and procedures. You will work to establish clear guidelines that govern VIP services and ensure their effective implementation across the organization. By maintaining high standards, you will foster a culture of excellence that resonates with our VIP clientele.

To achieve sales and retention targets, you will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to main market segments and the VIP customer journey. By closely examining touchpoints throughout the customer experience, you will identify strategic goals that drive growth and retention of our existing VIP clients. This data-driven approach will empower your team to make informed decisions that align with broader business objectives.

Collaboration will be essential in your role. You will work alongside the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, Country Managers, Business Intelligence (BI) analysts, and Product Development teams to cultivate and refine strategic initiatives. This cross-functional cooperation will ensure that services provided to VIP customers are both high quality and cost-effective, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.


Desired candidate profile

Effective communication with C-level executives will also be a priority. You will be responsible for articulating goals and providing updates on progress, ensuring that leadership is informed and aligned with the strategic direction of the VIP function. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment.

In addition to strategic oversight, you will implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) tailored for VIP customers. Regular assessments of these SLAs will allow you to make necessary adjustments to service delivery, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed expectations.

Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you monitor customer feedback and complaints. Identifying trends and areas for improvement will be vital in enhancing our product offerings and services. You will establish a feedback loop to ensure that relevant departments are alerted to potential issues, facilitating timely resolutions.

Finally, you will oversee customer support processes, ensuring they are organized and streamlined to enhance overall customer satisfaction. By fostering a responsive and customer-centric environment, you will help solidify our reputation as a leader in VIP services, ultimately driving loyalty and business growth.
