Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Qatarbased offices to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT industry focusing on potential clients and markets in Qatar. Proactively pitching products and services to potential customers and establishing partnerships to increase sales revenue.
- Utilizing extensive knowledge of the IT industry to stay up to date with market trends competitors and emerging technologies. Providing valuable insights and guidance to the team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline conducting regular sales forecasting and developing action plans to meet or exceed company objectives.
- Working closely with internal teams including marketing technical support and logistics to ensure smooth execution of projects and enhance customer experience.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties. Drafting and finalizing contractual agreements while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and deal progress using the companys CRM system. Generating periodic reports for management highlighting sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Acting as a customer advocate within the organization communicating customer needs challenges and feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business and IT or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven track record as a successful Account Manager or Sales Manager in the IT industry with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong network and connections within the IT market in Qatar.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet ambitious targets.
- Indepth knowledge of IT equipment software installations and related services.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other salesrelated tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented approach.
- Fluency in English is required.
